I would have preferred to create one large page then send it out for
printing, but my target audience was service providers reading the matrix
off the Apple Service Source CD on 640x480 screens.

You should have seen the HTML version I created for Apple's web page. BBEdit
to the rescue. Windows users can substitute Homesite for BBEdit.
