I've just finished writing a two page letter of complaint
to the Managing Director of Microsoft UK about this
issue with calendars in Outlook for Mac.

Its of issue to me as I was advised on several occasions
by MS and its literature that there would be no problem
but as we know there is.

I was also told this on the phone today by a Microsoft
sales representative.

Whats worse is that our company has now committed to getting
a lot of kit in to use Exchange in our office and we
can't back out now - so I'm rather pissed.

I'll let you know what the response is from MS.
