Hary,

FTP should be easy. Just turn on Web Sharing on the Mac and use any FTP
client on the Windows side.

I _just_ got finished setting this up for one of my tech writers a few
seconds ago. She's transferring files as I type. We're using DreamWeaver,
but any FTP software should work.
