First of all, how did you set up the NT server? As a PDC? BDC? or stand
alone (member) server?

Secondly: What is the name of your domain or workgroup (under network
neighborhood properties-> Identification tab)?

Easiest way is to make sure all PC are members of the same workgroup or
domain (make sure the entry in the identification tab for workgroup or
domain is the same in all of them).

Then locate the PDC and make sure you have computer and user accounts for
everybody there...
