We're using Meeting Maker, and pretty much love it (I do, anyway! ;-).
I've got about 4,100 users on 6 servers, I'm tasked half-time (for
calendaring), and I'm very hard pressed to look like I'm actually working!
;-)

MM has client and server for Windows, Mac, and UN*X, performs very well,
scales very well, and works pretty well for small groups, too (a couple of
different groups around here started using Meeting Maker on their own years
ago, and it kinda caught on...).

We're relatively happy with how MM handles resources (locations and other
things), it's a breeze to admin (most of the time, and ON is busy working a
lot of the little thorny issues), ON is threatening us with a Web (Java)
client, you can publish calendars to the Web now (really cool), etc., etc.
(I have no connection with ON, other than being a satisfied customer,
yadda, yadda...)

Sla/n,

Mo!
