Mac only, or cross platform?
If you want Mac only, check out either Projector (from Apple,
part of MPW) or Voodoo (Uni Software Plus).
Cross Platform - get Perforce (from Perforce). (Visual
SourceSafe is available for both Mac and Wintel, but the Mac
implementation SUCKS - actually the Windows version sucks too - but
not as bad).
