Dear Jan:
I would recommend connecting the Macs up via the LocalTalk port, even if
you have to use the LaserBridge Control Panel on a Mac or an ethernet - to
- Localtalk box. You'll print faster from the Macs, and bypass the NT
Spooler (if you so desire the users to print directly to the printer).
-> Note that this method only really applies for the special case of the
LWPro 810 - LZR1560 "evil twins," due to the poor ethernet - parallel
implementation of the ethernet adapter.
