Marc,

I can readily understand your desire to have people use the same send and
return addresses. However, how does this work with an alias?

I use Eudora Pro with a Unix POP server. In this university we are
encouraged to use the standard alias: firstname.lastname@domain but eudora
will report the actual username on send (unix:
FirstInitialLastName@server.domain). How does this sort of practice affect
listservs?

I'm interested because I subscribe to a number of lists and occasionally
(on this list only) I receive duplicate messages.

Regards,

Lesley Vita
