USB is not Bootable. Given out movement towards micro-rom, I doubt it
ever will be. You never know.

I do sincerely doubt you'll ever see a Mac booting from Rom again
(the Classic did, I believe). NeXT's had a monolithic RomMonitor OS,
but only on black hardware. It was extremely robust, like Bios on
steroids. I don't see it coming to current Apple hardware.

Again, I could be wrong.
