Make sure you don't have Norton Antivirus running (check even when you
boot with Mac OS base extensions)

Make sure you don't have PSPrinter anywhere on that Mac, throw it away if
you see it, reboot and try again.

Also, you might want to install Service Pack 4 on the NT server (but read
the problems associated with SP4 before you install).
