Hello there,
I'm sorry this isn't NT/Mac specific but I am really needing the help.
I am beginning to get pissed, Ok, I am pissed. I am trying to Ethernet my
3400/200 and G3/266 together with a crossover cable. I've switched my
TCP/IP to "Connect via: Ethernet" on both machines. The problem lies in
switching AppleTalk to "Connect via: Ethernet". It just doesn't work. I
continue to get an error on both Books stating, "An error occured
attempting to use Ethernet. Make sure your network connections are
correct."
What am I missing here?
Help!
The sooner I can resolve this the sooner I can get Dave and Virtual PC loaded.
Thanks for the help.
Shawn
