Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm already using 8.5.1 even though the Extensions Manager would indicate
otherwise with preset choices of "Mac OS 8.5 Base" and "Mac OS 8.5 All".
WRT ObjectSupport Lib, it isn't present since I use an AppleScript in my
Shutdown Items to remove it if it ever gets installed.

I have noticed that all Outlook client prefences seem to be named "Exchange
...", presumably a holdover from the original form of this product. Tried
removing all before a re-install of the Outlook client to no avail.
