[WinMac] Outlook on Mac - How to get my calendar?

I've installed the latest & greatest on my PowerMac as dicussed on this
list. I have the integrated calendar. Now how do I get my Mac to see my PC
Outlook appointments? What exactly do I need to do on both sides. The help
function in the MAc Outlook client isn't at all descriptive in this area.
