[WinMac] reformatting a SyJet cartridge PC-> Mac

I recently bought a 1.5 GB SyJet disk from a catalog. I ordered a Mac
cartridge but was shipped one for a PC. Rather than attempting to return
this item, I think I should be able to reformat it for use on my Macintosh.

Is there a commercial or shareware product I can use to do this?
