They actually have nothing to do with eachother, really. Mac OS X is an
operating system, and ASIP is a set of server software.

However, Mac OS X SERVER has many of the features of ASIP already bundled
in it, and I think they're making a version of the ASIP server that runs
on Mac OS X. This isn't currently ready though, from what I understand.
