I know you can configure Windows NT with LPR software (comes with the OS)
to get the print jobs to the printer. If you have this configuration,
you can share that queue with your Windows 95 computers. Though you
should be able to configure a similar setup directly on Windows 95, I'm
not sure what software to install or where to get it.

Though this doesn't answer your question directly, I hope it helps.

P.S. You could install DAVE on a Macintosh and use it as a print server
for the Windows 95 computers. Not my first choice, but still a
possibility.
