[WinMac] Printing from Windows to AppleShare?

I have an AppleShare IP server version 6.1. Serveral Macintosh computers are connected to it including 2 Windows 95 machines. Also connected to the network is a Cyclone RIP. This RIP speaks TCPP and AppleTalk.
The Windows machines need to print to this device via TCP, however I understand that the PC's need some sort of LPR driver to see the printer.

How can I get the Macintosh computers and the PC computers printing to this device? Can I set up a TCP print queue on the server to capture this device and allow the PC's to print to it or do I need to load something on the PC? I do not want to load an Appletalk stack on the PC's
