Watch out with each typeface used as well... You'll notice that different
typefaces in Windows sometimes have wildly different quantities of upper
bit characters. For example, the *WINDOWS* Adobe PostScript Type 1 font
"Courier" has far fewer characters than the TrueType M$ "Courier New."

Hold down the "Alt" key and then punch in the 3 or 4 digit code - No "+"
(plus) sign, but you need the leading zero nonetheless. For example, for
the new "euro" symbol, hold down the "Alt" key and punch in "0128" -- It
looks like this: €
