I've had extensive esperience with two Epson Stylus Photos and two EX
units. The only problems I have encountered with the inks have been
attributed to faulty ink cartridges and were cured on replacement.
Since the cartridge contains the print head which would seem to be
the culprit in your case, have you tried repoacing the cartridge?

I was wondering if anyone has used an Epson Stylus Photo EX and had
problems with color? Ever since I bought it I've been very happy,
but the
greens are extremely bright - basically neon in color. I don't
expect it
to match our Iris at work, but it seems like it should be able to
come a
little closer. The software controls don't seem to help much.

Any ideas?
