Actually on the Mac this is incorrect. If you have ONE instance of the
screen font that's all you really need (If you have Adobe ATM). ATM will
read the Postscript font's metrics, pass it on to the application and
actually rasterize it to the screen for you. The screen font only
contains the bitmapped font. That's why in ATM you have the option of
reaterizing for Line Spacing or Character Shapes, ATM is doing this for
you (I usually choose Line Spacing to keep my text from reflowing as much
as I can).
