We are in process of switching SOME (no flames, please) of our Mac
Eudora 3.1 Pro users to Win9x and NT on PCs.
We have both an Exchange server for Outlook or popmail access to
continue Eudora on PCs.

Question 1 - Can we switch from Mac Eudora to PC Eudora and transfer
(import/export) files, address books, etc.? If not smoothly, any utility
or shareware commercially available?

Question 2 - Ultimately, these users will go to Outlook on PC, can we
(should we) switch from Mac Eudora "directly" to PC Outlook and still be
able to save the address books and old "important mail" files. Again,
any utility or shareware available?
