        Dear Milan,

        About 4 years ago, I participated in a similar discussion on PRODIGY; and
at the time there were two camps dealing with CorelDraw's (then) poor
quality PostScript output:

        One camp had service bureaus that had all sorts of trouble with CorelDraw
files;
        The other camp had service bureaus that had no trouble whatsoever with
CorelDraw files.

        Much was made about both the customer service and the competence of the
list contributor's respective service bureaus.

        What it all boiled down to were two factors:

        A) The quality of the RIP used;

        B) A bit of hand-holding was needed... Sometimes by the graphics shop, and
sometimes by the Service Bureau. Technical communication was (and still is)
the cornerstone when submitting files for output.

 --> By the way, do you provide custom PPD's to your customers for your
RIP? That alone can help quite a bit!

        Yours truly,
        Dan Schwartz
