Deb,

   I made the same transition a couple of years ago. Beware one
thing about roaming profiles: don't store a lot of actual data
on your desktop because your profile will follow you around
to every machine you log in to depositing a copy of that data
on the local machine. Besides that, it slows down login.

I will be moving to using a NT Dell PC fulltime at work starting next
week. I have heard that there are things out there to make Windows
look like the MacOS. I would be interested in these, as I just prefer
the MacOS look and feel, but I do have to use NT (which I do like for
it's stability, security and roaming profiles). So can anyone tell me
where I can find such things and if they work with NT?

BTW, this post is NOT meant to start a flame war or prolong one
already going on. I'm sorry I started such a big fuss to begin with
and while I find the flames amusing, I wish they would stop. As Marc
has said this list is about COOPERATION. :) Thanks
