        Dear Alex,

        Which model of the Intellistation do you have? Also, which video card(s)
are you using? If you're using Matrox Millenium cards, there's a Registry
modification that fixes a driver bug related to the PCI bus. I'll get for
you and post it to this list...

        Also, I threw out the adapcrap SCSI cards and installed BusLogic
Flashpoint 950 cards... Now down to $49 for the LW-950 and $24 for the
LT-930 at ONSALE.COM... These are robust, stable cards that support SCSI
bus parity under NT... UNLIKE the 2940/7880 - series cards. [This may have
also resulted in your mysterious weekend lockup, now that I think of it...]

        I guess I should have added Adaptec SCSI cards & ASPI to the list of
"toys" including "screwdriver jobs," "games," & "windoze 95/98." :)
