I found the transfer rate is lower when I use PC disk on Mac. I'm not
totally sure there were time that the transfer rate was about 600k/sec and
I believe I saw it shown 1.5MB/sec one time. It might depend on whether
there are many small files. I low-level initialized (Thank you, Dan for the
correction on terms) it anyway later. It seems faster.
