Well, put it this way:
Apple still has free tech support for the first months that you get a
machine.

Windows, is ALL pay tech support. Plus you have to pay for support to
many of the vendors of hardware. Plus you have to deal with them all
blaming eachother for the problems. With apple, at least, it's just
company. And, I'm sorry, but Apple support is actually quite good, in all
my experiences. Sure, there's a couple of people who have bad
experiences, but, they're not the majority.

What's this got to do with it? This sounds more like a CompUSA issue than
an Apple problem...
