[WinMac] Restricting Mac access to an NT server share by location?

{My apologies for all the prepositional errors that follow...}

I'm have a WindowsNT 4.0 server running Services for Macintosh.

I'm adding a trust relationship between the domain my server is on and
another domain. I'd like to restrict user access of a couple of the shares
on the server. However, more than simply restricting which users can
connect, I want to restrict access of these shares to particular locations.

I'd like to do this for both a Mac volume and a PC share, but I'd gladly
settle for responses about only the Mac access.

Is anyone aware of a utility (in NT in general, in SFM, or in a third party
product) that restricts which machines can connect to a given shared volume
-- using IP or Ethernet addresses, for instance?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Drop me a note
directly if you need further details.

Thanks,
