IP netrouter (mac... wingate works on a pc) on one... set the other to
use a non-routable IP address (such as 192.168.0.5) and set up a second
IP address using netrouter (such as 192.168.0.1).

BTW, don't use a 386 for this job... it's a little too slow for the
speeds you can get from a cable-modem.

And that's it -> you now have 2 surfing/internetting computers =) (they
have more detailed instructions on the netrouter site...
