Dear Mac Wizards who heard my plea for help,

I first wish to thank you very much for your assistance. If I may
I'd like to throw the following idea by you and see what you think.

We are trying to connect my husband's AMD 80 with my 7200/120 PC
Compatible. We would like to be able to share a large hard drive and
each others' printers - Okidata OL400e & HP Deskwriter 660C.

We can't afford another computer to act as a server so my husband is
considering something he read about "peer to peer networking". Do any of
you know anything about it?

Another idea I had was that with my PC card, I have the software to
set aside, ie. 600 megs on my one hard drive as a "PC HardDrive" for the
Pentium Card to use while the other 400 megs are for the Mac. Although
this would mean a more expensive SCSI harddrive, I would be able to use
part of the large hard drive for the Mac and not just for the two PCs (my
card and my husbands).

     Thank you for your help.

          Rosemary
