Does anyone know of an App/Utility for WINDOWS that will convert a
Macintosh PICT file to a Windows GIF, JPG, or BMP file?

I know Graphic Converter (Mac) will turn any of these files into your
kitchen sink if you want it to but I have someone who is, er, not a Mac
enthusiast who is desirous of being able to do this for himself.
