Ok, two problems here...

a) Explorer has the MSN DUN setup as it's default, so that if you double
click on Explorer it goes to MSN, right?

If that's the case, under Win95 what you have to do is start the DUN
first, and explorer _should_ go ahead and use that setup.

b) Outlook doesn't like two mail accounts on different ISP's, which is
odd, because IIRC there are explicit settings for that, still you may
need to connect to the Interjet first, then run Outlook. You must set up
different mailboxes for each provider, but they can be integrated into
one inbox.

CAVEAT: I've never tried this with MSN, so if there's some 'World
Domination' component to that setup that I don't know about this won't
work ;-P but this is the route we've gone integrating our DUN with staff
and students who have other ISP's as well. Typically the first DUN
connection set up is the default, but when one is running all tcp/ip
programs use the running connection.
