[WinMac] Connect Mac to Novell

I want to connect my Mac Powerbook running OS8.1 to my client's Novell
network. The IT function is outsourced there and the outsource firm is
unreliable at best. I have an Asante PCMCIA 10T Ethernet card and the
Novell Client 5.11 software. I believe that my client runs Novell 4.x
at best.

Could someone give me a run down of the things that I need to install
both on the Mac and on the server to get file and print access from the
Mac?
