[WinMac] IIS 4.0-Public Web Site-Mac Access

Hello All,
Long time lurker making a first request.
I am a little new to managing NT (4.0) servers and am trying to setup IIS
4.0 to serve web pages. I have installed the Option Pack and gotten IIS
running (not very difficult). My real problem is that although I can access
the sample web site that comes with IIS and one that I threw on there as
well I always get a login screen that I can't seem to get rid of. On top of
that I can only access the site from a Windows machine, no Mac access
(unless I am doing it from Virtual PC).
I know there must be a way to make my sites truly public (no login needed)
and available to Mac users as well. Can someone help me figure this out?
Thank you!
Respectfully,
-Don
