Tech support is something we really haven't needed too much in the past,
even with our Novell systems. In other words, we don't have a support
contract. Basically, we call a independant consultant to come out as
soon as he can.
The other good thing is that pretty much all of the problems I have had
have been things that I've been able to figure out myself. Ring one for
the inhouse tech guy.
