[WinMac] Need info on Novell,NT and AppleShare.

I've looked all over and still can't find a good resource of information
about networking. Which system to choose/or switch: Novell, NT, or
AppleShare. We currently have Novell 4.x and will have to upgrade the
hardware it is on, and am thinking if it is time to switch networking
operating system. I am leaning towards AppleShare, but want to know what
I will miss and/or gain by doing so.
