[WinMac] E-mail program default in Word97

Trying to figure out how to change the default e-mail program in Word97
(PC). I know how to do it on my Mac, but trying to help a PC person and
nothing is the same. Word defaults to Outlook Express when she does a send
and she wants it to go to Outlook which she also has installed. I know she
should just delete Outlook Express, but she wants to have it as a back up?
Anyway if anyone can help - TIA.
