[WinMac] QuickMail Pro e-mail to MS Exchange Problems

I've got a similar, but slightly difference MS Exchange server problem
that what's been recently discussed here...

I've gotten a number of complaints about folks receiving mail from us
(we're using QuickMail Pro Server, they're using MS Exchange Server) saying
that they can't get the enclosures to work AT ALL. No matter what type of
encoding we select on our side, they claim that the enclosure is useless on
their end, even if they have the brains to try using something like
Stuffit Expander (Windows or Mac) on their end and extract the "text mess" at
the end of the message.

I found a "fix" in Microsoft's online database, which suggested that this
problem should be fixed if the Exchange Service Pack 2 (or later) was
installed. Pointed this out to one of the sites having problems, and they
claim they are already up to date.

Anybody have any ideas as to what else can be done to try and fix this?
We can send and receive enclosures just fine to just about any other
server/client combo in the known world, and this is really becoming irritating,
as it seems entirely out of my control.

Help?
