Ari,
On the NT server the Microsoft UAM directory is at the root level
of the C: drive. It is the only share created when you install the
Services for the Macintosh on NT. It is read only and no one can change it
from a Mac unless you use the Server Manager program to unlock it first.
All that it contains is a file that the Chooser can use to send
encrypted data when someone logs onto an NT server instead of sending a
plain text password.
Use the Server Manager to create any additional Mac shares that you
need. Just be forewarned that you can not "nest" Mac shares the way you
can normal shares. In other words if you have a d:\Users directory shared
you can't create a seperate share for d:\Users\Username. It takes a little
bit of planning when you implement the Mac shares because of this.
I hope this helps.
