[WinMac] Turning off Appletalk warnings?

I'm on an ISDN line and I get "Your Appletalk Network is Available" and
"Your Appletalk network is no longer available" messages when the link goes
up and down. There used to be an A/talk options control panel a long time
ago to disable these messages. Is there something similar for current
software?
