[WinMac] Disappearing mac shares on NT 4.0

We have several Mac clients on a Windows NT 4.0 network (peer to peer). On many
occasions (about once every two days) the mac shares drop out of sight and we
need to reboot the server to bring them back. Anyone have any ideas? We are
running service pack 3 and *have* installed the hot fix to fix the jumping icons,
but this seems unrelated to that.
