Check out www.emulation.net for emulators of all kinds for the Mac, from
apple II's to Ataris ST's and 800's to game consoles to things like
Ti99's and Timex Sinclairs...

There are three ST emulators shown at that site. (presuming you want an
ST emulator...the Rainbow emulator that Cathy Flick mentioned is an 800
emulator, there are several of those, too.) Links to allof them and the
ROM images necessary to use them are there.

Since the fastest Atari ST ever made used a 68030 (IIRC), I'd suspect
that a new G3 running one in emulation might be faster than the
original.
