resolutiona ARE different. PCs 17" screens have a "native" resoltion of
800x600 while the Mac has 832x624. But that's not the problem. Problem is
that PCs display fonts at 96 dpi on a monitor while Macs use what
everyone else on the planet uses 72 dpi!!

This is especially noticeable on a 14" crappy monitor...
