[WinMac] How can I run IP between 2 MAcs instead of A/talk?

We're getting ready to stop supporting A/talk on our internal network. I
have Macs at home and on my desk that I am keeping sync'd with PowerMerge.
Is there a way to mount my work disk on my home machine to make this happen
without using A/talk?
