We're using a program from TeamSoft called TeamAgenda. (www.teamsoft.com)
It's meant as a group scheduler, but you can purchase a single copy,
create your calendar, and it will automatically e-mail an individual or a
group of people notifications of meetings. You can get a demo version from
them. It runs on a Macintosh, however, it sends internet e-mail, so any
e-mail client should be able to receive it.
