Well, for a free and easy way, you could use a free personal reminder service like
the one FTD Florists offers, and have the email reminders sent to a part-time staff
member, who could forward the notice to the appropriate officers, or, more
elegantly, you could have the reminder go to an appropriately populated mailing
list.
