What about becoming Apple Authorized? I got Apple Auhtorize and it is a
good way to learn how to troubleshoot the Mac. And it's not NEARLY as
expensive as getting MCSE certified. I took a NT certification class and
I found it kind pointless for doing tech support cause they teach you
mostly architechor, which is nice but often not that helpful when it
comes time to troubleshoot. And the instructor, MS certified, said that
most of the test was on system architector and not so much practical,
everyday troubleshooting info. Whereas the Apple course teaches you how
to troubleshoot and repair things. Just IMHO.
