Well jeez, that should be pretty easy, just check to see if Port 21 (the
standard port for ftp) is blocked. Are both the Windows computer & Mac on
the same side of the firewall? If so, then perhaps since the firewall is NT
based it makes use of the NT login to authenticate users to get through the
firewall in ways unauthenticated people can't. If that's the case (I'm not
very familiar with NT firewalls, or any firewalls really) then you may be
SOL on your Mac.
