Debbie, Outlook stores all of the mail messages and contacts, etc. in a .PST
file, OUTLOOK.PST by default. You should do a Find through the restored
data for *.PST and see what is there. With a bunch of mail, contacts, and
preferences saved, the .PST could be many meg in size. If you find a .PST
file you wish to use, you need to go to Tools/Services/Personal
Folders/Properties and point your Personal Folders to the .PST file. If the
path option is grayed out, remove the Personal Folders service and re-add
it, using the new path.

If your client was saving her e-mail addresses in her contact list, then the
addresses are in the .PST file. However, if she was using a Personal
Address Book, the addresses are in a separate .PAB file. Follow the same
basic procedure as above to use the new .PAB file.
