There's the wildly popular (heh) Frontier, at www.scripting.com
There's the wonderfully powerful (but somewhat difficult) Perl, at
  www.perl.org
There's something called KixStart, that i know nothing about.

That's a start, at least.

Oh, and there's tcl for Windows too.
