This is a mis-alignment of the electron gun in the monitor. If the monitor
is an AppleVision or ColorSync monitor, the Monitors and Sounds control
panel will have a control ("Convergence") to adjust this problem. If it is
not one of these models, you'll probably have to visit a qualified repair
technician, as this problem will require opening the monitor to fix.
